Project objective
Our team travelled to an offshore platform to carry out a complete inventory of the electrical control cabinets and their back-up diesel generators.
Work carried out
✅ Survey of obsolete installations with a view to modernising them
✅ Verification of communication interfaces with peripheral installations
✅ Audit of fire protection systems to be modernised
✅ Verification of motor start-up and shutdown modes
Results
This project is part of an overall modernisation and reliability initiative aimed at reducing on-site maintenance operations and optimising the operation of critical installations.
Refurbishment of an emergency turbine at René Coty high-voltage substation

Project objective
Our team was called in to refurbish an emergency turbine that was more than 45 years old, essential for guaranteeing the evacuation of passengers in the event of a total blackout.
Work carried out
✅ Search for and acquisition of an identical turbine from EDF
✅ Dismantling and recovery of critical components: high/low pressure blocks, combustion chamber
✅ Sorting and recycling fluids and insulating materials
✅ Logistical organisation (exceptional convoy, mobile gantry crane)
✅ Coordination of the various companies involved
Results
This project is part of a circular economy approach aimed at extending the lifespan of critical equipment and providing long-term security of power supply in emergency situations.
